The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at UC Berkeley invites community college students to apply to an exciting summer program for prospective transfer applicants. The Cal Summer Experience, happening this year from June 24 – 26, 2012, is a college prep program scheduled for three days and two nights on the Berkeley campus. Participants will be staying over night on campus.
The Cal Summer Experience hosts forty prospective transfer applicant and provides admissions sessions, lectures, Personal Statement writing workshops, application filing assistance, transcript evaluations, and a campus tour!
Berkeley Advisors
Selected participants will have current Berkeley students as resident advisors and will be able to interact and socialize with other students from all over the country.
This valuable college experience will leave students knowledgeable in UC Berkeley’s academic community, prepared for the application and admission’s competitive selections process and motivated to excel in your academic accomplishments and leadership potential.
