The Morningside College experience cultivates a passion for life-long learning and a dedication to ethical leadership and civic responsibility. Located in Sioux City, Iowa, Morningside offers a low student to faculty ratio of 13:1, allowing its students to be part of a challenging but supportive community. Students learn to think creatively, work with others as a team, and gain a clear sense of where they're headed in life. There are more than 40 student-led organizations. New apartment-style residence halls opened fall, 2003. A residence hall that opened in 2007 is home to a Leadership Academy that assists students in developing and improving their leadership skills. 99% of Morningside students receive financial aid based on merit as well as need. Within six months of graduation, 99% of our students are employed or admitted to graduate school.
